The transition to year-round implementation of direct flights between Kyiv and Toronto will not be possible before 2019, when the airline will perform flights in the first year and analyse their results, said earlier the head of the UIA Yuri Miroshnikov.
Direct flights from Kiev to Toronto in 1990-e years served as the state airline company “airlines of Ukraine”. The route later passed to “AeroSvit”. Currently, direct flights to America from Ukraine are only from Kiev to new York by the UIA.
