With the beginning of the year to increase payments to some categories of victims.
From 1 January 2018 in Ukraine will increase insurance payments to victims of accidents at work and occupational diseases that caused disability and their families.
This is stated in the government decision No. 1053 of 27 December.
Insurance will recalculate the persons entitled to these payments as of January 1, 2018 and who had the right to recalculate the amount of monthly insurance payments for the period 1 March 2008 to 1 March 2011, by determining the amount of the monthly insurance payments with the increased wage, which as of March 1, 2017 was calculated the amount of insurance payments.
For persons entitled to conversion 1 March 2008 1 March 2009 1 March 2010 and 1 March 2011, the amount of increase of the salary for calculating the amounts of insurance indemnities amounts to UAH 1281,92, for persons entitled to conversion 1 Mar 2009 1 Mar 2010 1 Mar 2011 – 826,73 UAH, for persons entitled to conversion from 1 March 2010 and 1 March 2011 – 727,19 UAH, for persons having the right to convert on March 1, 2011 – UAH 393,88.
