Taxi driver William Bruso had gone into the store to stock up before the disaster. When he returned, the car sat a bird, and refused to leave.

Bruso decided to take the hawk to his home. There he gave him water and fed. Through the day the bird was picked up by staff of the wildlife rescue Centre.

Earlier, the media got the story about the dog who escape from a hurricane, and took food and left the house.

Hurricane “Harvey” hit the Texas on the night of 26 August. First, he appropriated the fourth category of danger, then reduced to the level of a tropical storm. Killed at least five people, more than 10 injured.
