In the Internet appeared fresh details about the Jeep Wrangler SUV new generation. It became known that the model will complement the new system of a full drive.
These data are published on the website JLWranglerformus.com.
New all-wheel drive will be a four-door SUV version of the Sahara. According to Jalopnik, connecting the front axle of the model will be in charge of electronics. Thus, the driver does not have to use the transfer case lever to change the type of drive, as is the case in current-generation models.
Gamma motor new Wrangler will consist of two petrol engines and three-liter turbodiesel V6. The first units is a two-liter “turboservice”, as well as an engine of 3.6 V6.
The SUV will be equipped with either a six-speed manual transmission, or vosmidiapazonnym “automatic” produced by Chrysler, or eight-speed automatic transmission 8HP75 from the company ZF. About the combinations of engines and transmissions so far no information.
As before, the Jeep Wrangler will be offered with two – and four-door body with a removable panels and doors. This model will get electric removable roof: now the top panel should be removed by hand.
