France and the United States will conduct an observation flight over Russia

The American plane OS-135Б rises from the airport in Khabarovsk, and will explore the territory of the Russian Federation until March 4.

A joint mission of the United States and France in the framework of the international Treaty on open skies will conduct an observation flight over the territory of Russia.

The flight will be held from 27 February to 4 March on the American plane OS-135Б from the airport of Khabarovsk.

The defense Ministry notes that during the observation flight of Russian specialists on Board the plane will monitor strict compliance with the agreed flight parameters and application of the Treaty sensors.

The Ministry added that the OS-135Б belongs to the class of aircraft, not intended to use any weapons.
