The pilot “Mercedes” Lewis Hamilton on Saturday made a strong bid for victory at the Grand Prix of Spain in Barcelona.
After the first segment of qualification was completed to Erickson (“Zauber”), Palmer (“Reno”), Stroll (“Williams”), Vandorn (McLaren) and Kvyat (Toro Rosso).
In the second part of training pilots “Mercedes” and “Ferrari” again with no problems, passed on, and the main surprise was getting into the top 10, Fernando Alonso, for the first time in the season managed to overcome two rounds of preliminary races.
In the fight for pole position involved only the riders of the two dominant stables – Hamilton won the first attempt, but on the final lap failed to improve your score than almost took Vettel, left behind by the British only five hundredths of a second.
