Formula 1: final standings in the individual championship and the Cup of designers

On the eve of the stage in Abu Dhabi ended the 71st world championship racing in the class Formula-1.

The pilot “Mercedes” Lewis Hamilton after the Mexican Grand Prix to guarantee his fourth title. The Briton in one of the most successful seasons in his career he won 9 victories, won 11 pole positions and 7 showed the fastest laps.

The leader of Ferrari, Sebastian Vettel because of the failure in the middle of the season and were content with only second place. The German for the seventh time in his career finished a season in the top 3 of the standings.

Valtteri Bottas his debut season in the Mercedes finished in third position. Finn due to stable results throughout the championship by 100 points ahead of the nearest pursuer.

“Mercedes” for a few races before the end of the season secured a fourth victory in the Cup of designers. The pilots of the German stables four times in the season (in Canada, the UK, Italy and Abu Dhabi) brought double (1-2 methods).
