The Odessa law enforcement authorities detained a group of foreigners who were kidnapped 17-year-old boy and demanded from the father for the return of the child to ransom.
Three kidnappers are foreigners, studying in Odessa. About it reported in Department of communications of the police region.
“Foreigners in the Parking lot of one of the shopping centers pushed minor to Odessa in the car, then left the scene. The attackers seized his mobile phone, money and gold products, which at that time was with him. After that, the criminals hid stolen the guy in the apartment, where they tied and taped her mouth with duct tape. Having learned from the last telephone number father called him, demanding money in exchange for the freedom of the son. The criminals threatened the father, in the case of non-compliance, to deprive the son of life,” he told police.
The father raised the necessary money and handed it to the criminals, the son was released. Only then the victims decided to contact the police.
During the arrest the kidnappers were seized evidence, which clearly pointed to the involvement of each of them to commit a crime.
