Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the establishment of the jubilee medals timed to the 75-th anniversary of Victory in the great Patriotic war. The corresponding document was published on the official portal of legal information.
The decree States that the insignia will get involved in the fighting, home front workers and those who have worked for at least six months during the war, minor prisoners of concentration camps, as well as citizens of foreign States outside the CIS, “which also contributed to the Victory in the great Patriotic war”.
You know how it will look like a new medal. It is made of silvery metal. On the obverse is depicted a warrior in the form of the great Patriotic war, writing the word “Victory!” on the wall of the Reichstag.
