The authors, who posted the video on my Kiev Operational, claim that events happened in Kiev, and Gypsy karmanitzy that was caught “on hot”.
“This is a showdown between the alien and the ladies who this foreigner was robbed. Did the right thing or we had to wait for the police?”, – said in comments to the video.
Note that the vast majority of commenters sided with the man and supported his actions.
