Head coach of “Shakhtar” Paulo Fonseca has rejected a tempting offer from the English Premier League.
Interest in the Portuguese specialist showed Everton – representatives of the “Butterscotch” is urgently looking for a replacement for Ronald Koeman, who failed the start of the season.
According to the British press, the owner “Everton” Farhad Moshiri has actively tried to entice Fonseca, but the head coach of Shakhtar made it clear to the British that the end will fulfill the contract with the Ukrainian giants. In the end, “Everton” agreed with the former chief coach of England
Sam Allardyce.
“All the coaches want to work in England, and I am no exception. This is my dream, and I believe that one day it will become a reality. But I do have a current agreement with Shakhtar. Now I am fully focused on performances in the Champions League and the championship,” said Fonseca.
