Fighters can go on the offensive – Ukrainian General

Fighters have enough military equipment, ammunition and personnel for a major military operation, said the captain.

Pro-Russian fighters of so-called “DNR” and “LNR” have accumulated enough military force with the help of Russia for an offensive operation to capture Luhansk and Donetsk regions.
