Fatal temptation Cannes: Andrey Zvyagintsev, Sofia Coppola and Nicole Kidman – in prizes

A new winner Kinshasa in Cannes was the Swede Ruben Östlund, or rather his satirical picture “the Square”, which won the main award, the Palme d’or. Coppola was represented in the competition program of his film “Fatal temptation” the film for which we in the memory for quite some time noticed, painfully casting is good, and the plot has potential not only for drama, but for a Thriller. Sofia eventually got the prize as best Director. But Nicole Kidman, who starred in “Fatal temptation” one of the main roles, won a special prize on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Cannes film festival.

The Grand Prix was won by French Robin, Campillo with the painting “120 BPM”. The prize for best screenplay was received by the Greek the yorgos of lanthimos for “Killing a sacred deer” and the Scot Lynne Ramsey for “You’ve never been here before”.
