Fatal accident in Kiev: appeared fresh details

Recall yesterday in Kiev BMW car moved down the street, the street in the direction of the Povitroflotskyi Avenue, and went beyond the roadway. As a result the driver lost control and drove into the space station, which was the employee. From the received traumas the officer died on the spot.

As reported in the Department of communication of the police of Kiev, according to preliminary data, the driver was in an alcohol intoxication. Perfect after the man tried to leave the scene of the crime, but detained witnesses to the incident and handed over to the police.

The offender is detained. It 30-the summer earlier judged for stealing the native of Lugansk, living in the capital.

On this fact the investigative Department of the Main Directorate of the National police initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 286 (Violation of traffic safety or transport operation by the persons operating vehicles) the Criminal code of Ukraine. To the detainee it is declared suspicion in the Commission of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term from three till eight years with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years or without such deprivation.
