FAS will cancel roaming inside the country

The Federal anti-monopoly service, FAS, decided to take domestic operators for what is depicted on the logo of the MTS, and get them to cancel roaming inside the country. This was announced by the head of Department Igor Artemyev, reports TASS.

According to FAS, all roaming in Russia you need to cancel, in principle, without inventing principles of the so-called “fair roaming” are working on domestic operators. Reportedly, the FAS has held a number of meetings with representatives of the Big Three, but at the moment the parties to the agreement did not come. As has noted g-n Artemyev, the abolition of roaming charges must affect the Crimea, which, though ours, but not yet fully. The operators subtly hinted that margins do not want to lose, so the abolition of national roaming is guaranteed to result in the growth of tariffs for mobile communications, so it’s a double-edged sword.
