Family from Sverdlovsk sued the hospital 600 thousand rubles

The Prosecutor’s office of Sverdlovsk region Krasnoturyinsk ordered the hospital to pay compensation of 600 thousand rubles for improper medical care.

Because of the confusion with diagnoses, she had two complex operations, then had a long recovery period. In the end, the child is currently established disability.

By results of check the Prosecutor’s office sent in Krasnoturyinsk city court the statement of claim about collecting from the hospital compensation for moral harm caused to health as a result of poor medical care.
