Fallout 76 will not be available on Steam

The release of Fallout 76 is scheduled for 14 November 2018 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.

Bethesda Softworks has updated the FAQ page for most frequently asked questions about the upcoming beta action role-playing Fallout 76. Among other things it says that the game will be available only through the service Bethesda.net. Thus, it will be the first in a long time project of the publishing house, which will be released on Steam.

Most likely, the company is confident in the success of the game and not eager to share potential profits with Valve. On Bethesda.net appear not only the final version of Fallout 76, but “beta”. Moreover, in pre-Assembly will be available to all of the content and the progress made will continue and will migrate to the release version.

Recall that the release of Fallout 76 is scheduled for 14 November 2018 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
