Literally 10 minutes after the start of rain in different areas of the city began to break and fall off the branches. In addition, the branch fell on the roadway, catching the trolley wires.

The same situation exists in the street of Academician Belloustogo (former Krasnozavodskaya). The tree blocked the movement of trams.
