The end of the day is an important process, which determines how you will spend the rest of free time. If you feel irritability, fatigue, and the desire to do nothing – then you are makes some errors that need to be repaired immediately.

Right over the working day will allow you to have a good mood for the evening, which can be devoted to chores or pleasant meetings with friends. Agree, this is much better than being powerless in bed and still awake.

Be concentrated

Multitasking at work has become the norm in modern society. But the fact that you are distracted from one task to check the messages in social networks or talking with colleagues, and then starting a new business without completing the previous one, leads to performance degradation and even lower IQ.

To complete the day successfully, concentrate on one important task and proceed to the next only when the first finished.

Build plans

Create plans on the principle of “If/when – then”. For example, “If I need to work without interruption, I get up from your Desk and go to free account”, “When dinner time comes, I immediately go to the kitchen”.

Studies show that people who use such a plan, reach your goals two to three times more often. Such planning is effective in that in many cases provides for an automatic solution.

Practice

In the stressful work schedule difficult to find time for sports, but it’s worth it. Running, riding a bike, workout in a gym or even a walk in the fresh air have a beneficial effect on the emotional state, reduce stress. Dynamic loads can be more resistant both physically and mentally.
