The largest donor to Ukraine are the USA, which has funded 104 projects for $ 1.5 billion.
The European Bank for reconstruction and development has provided 671,1 million dollars to 39 projects, and the European Union – 326,5 million for 139 projects.
The largest donors are Germany (26 projects 206,9 million), Canada (20 projects 150,3 million) and Japan (seven projects 20.9 million dollars).
21% of the funding was directed to national security and defense, 21% in the sphere of nuclear security without regard to the Chernobyl Fund.
It was reported that since 2014, the United States provided logistical assistance and contributed to the preparation of Armed forces of Ukraine more than $ 600 million. In the framework of a combined group had produced seven battalions of the armed forces.
In December 2016, the U.S. Congress approved the Pentagon’s budget for 2017, allocating $ 350 million for military assistance to Ukraine, which is 50 million more than in 2016.
