The restrictive measures apply to 149 persons and 38 entities.
Council of the European Union extended sanctions against 149 individuals and 38 legal entities, involved in actions that violate the territorial integrity of Ukraine, before March 15, 2018.
About it reports a press-service of the EU Council.
“14 September 2017, the Council extended restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine for a further six months, until 15 March 2018. These measures consist of the freezing of assets and travel bans,” the statement reads.
It is noted that the list was revised, and the EU Council deleted from the list of four deceased persons, which are subject to restrictions. Also, after the merger of three legal entities, these facilities were removed from the list and merged into a single object.
Currently, the restrictive measures apply to 149 persons and 38 entities.
Legal acts will be available in the EU Official journal on 15 September.
