This was stated by Minister of infrastructure Volodymyr Omelian.
“We planned a very different story. It was supposed to be a story of success, story of call the largest airline in Europe. It was supposed to be a clear signal to foreign companies that Ukraine can work with that here is safe and profitable,” – said the Minister.
He noted that six months of negotiations with Ryanair was carried out “in complete privacy”.

The Prime Minister instructed Rabicano (head of the Boryspil airport Paul Ryabikin. – ed.) and the office of investments to successfully conclude the negotiations with Ryanair.
