The order of movement of goods across the line of demarcation in the zone of the antiterrorist operation (ATO) in Donbas entered into force..
The procedure was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers No. 99 dated March 1, published in the official newspaper of Central Executive authorities Uriadovy courier March 4, and shall enter into force after 10 days from the date of its publication, i.e. March 14.
In accordance with the approved government order of movement of goods across the line of demarcation could be carried in the humanitarian convoy of food and medicines, goods and products of metallurgical, mining, coal-mining industries and critical infrastructure.
The order of movement of goods approves the establishment of humanitarian grounds, which will be formed the goods for dispatch of humanitarian aid to the temporarily occupied territory, as well as humanitarian and logistic centers, which will be the small and wholesale trade of food, personal hygiene products, clothing, footwear and household chemicals.
“By decision of the head of the antiterrorist operation in the area of operations may impose additional restrictions”, – reads the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers.
It is noted that the decree comes into force 10 days after its publication, and paragraphs 9 and 31 of the order of movement of goods in a month.
