Monday, September 25, dozens of inhabitants of one of microdistricts of the city of Kerch in the Crimea, blocked the street of Archbishop Luke Voino-Yasenetsky.
The people demanded that the Russian officials to stop vehicular traffic on this road.
“Kerchane demanded an end to the traffic on this street and shut down her own body… to understand the situation, a meeting of citizens gathered law enforcement officers and some crews of traffic police”, – stated in the message.
According to the website Kerch.FM, the traffic police approximately an hour blocked road and help them as they arrived several police patrols.
The campaign ended with a decision to organize an initiative group of four, which will interact with representatives of the “authorities” of Kerch. The residents plan to achieve the overlap of this street, make it a dead end, to restore green spaces.
