The company Aston Martin together with design Studio Zagato back in 2016 presented a gorgeous convertible Aston Martin Vanquish Volante Zagato, but the developers plan to present also a more “stripped-down” version of the Speedster.
European designer Yan Peisert presented their vision of the design, publishing the first independent renderings of the model.
As representatives of the Aston Martin edition, a unique Aston Martin Vanquish Volante Zagato will be only 28 copies, each of which will cost at least € 1,200,000, equivalent to 74 400 000 rubles according to current exchange rate. Experts believe that the model will get some similarities with the Aston Martin DB American Roadster 1, which is made on the basis of the DB7. The new Speedster is expected to get more cramped interior and removable hardtop.
Deliveries of the new Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Speedster to customers should begin in 2018, and in European specification will be built only eight cars. It is expected that under the hood novelties will house a 6.0-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine, which is able to generate around 600 horsepower. This motor is capable to disperse the Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Speedster to the first “hundred” for 3.5 seconds and maximum speed of 320 kilometers per hour.
