Many countries and companies are planning refusal hydrocarbon engines.
British scientists have predicted that electric vehicles already in 2022 will be able to compete with cars on a petrol engine. A study published in the journal Nature Energy.
In the pessimistic scenario the price of car batteries will overtake the cost of gasoline not later than 2034. The authors also predict that in 2030 would be cost-efficient in the home electricity from solar roofs.
To such conclusions scientists have come, having assessed the pace of cost reduction of components used in electrical batteries, and solar roofs.
Currently, many countries and companies are planning refusal hydrocarbon engines. In particular, 2040 France planned to ban sales of cars, kerosene and gasoline. Volvo has planned to end production of vehicles with solely hydrocarbon engines for 2019.
