Voters who are voting outside of their districts can vote only in the national district.
Voters can apply to the bodies maintaining the state register of voters and to temporarily change the voting place until July 15 inclusive. This was announced by the head of the Central electoral Commission Tatyana Slipachuk on his Facebook page.
“Everyone to exercise their right to vote 21 July must apply to the bodies maintaining the state register of voters and temporarily change the place of voting. This can be done until July 15th. For voters whose polling address is in the temporarily occupied territory, enough passports with appropriate registration. For everyone else we’ll have to add supporting documents that you will do on the day of voting in the place where you want to vote,” wrote Slipachuk.
Under a mixed system of elections during the voting will issue two bulletins for voting in the national multi-mandate and single-mandate constituency.
“Therefore if you will be outside your County, you’ll be able to vote only in nationwide multi-member constituency”, she added.
