On 10 September the election took place in ‘ 81 from 84 regions of Russia and in the occupied Sevastopol.
In Russia on 10 September, the Central election Commission reported a record low voter turnout in the whole country it was about 29%.
The Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia claims that the elections were peaceful. Observers at polling stations in most regions during the day reported the number of attempted bribery of voters, illegal propaganda on the sites, detention of candidates, observers and members of election commissions.
As noted, a high turnout is traditionally celebrated at the polling stations in remand centres and psychiatric hospitals, according to the movement “Open Russia”.
In Moscow the official voter turnout was just over 12%. At the same time, a record high compared to previous years, was the percentage of people who voted at home. Observers say that the government tried to falsify the results of the expression.
