Starobilsk district court of Lugansk region has satisfied the petition of Prosecutor on extension of term of detention ex-the head of fraction of Party of regions Alexander Efremov for 60 days.
“The court finds it necessary to extend the detention of Ephraim for 60 days, until November 20, 2017”, – he said.
The judge Pelago said that the measure of restraint in the form of the personal obligation, personal bail, house arrest, bail may not be applied to persons suspected of or charged with some of Ephraim incriminated articles of the Criminal code.
