Effective recipes for “cleaning” blood vessels of cholesterol

Recipe No. 3. The most simple but not less effective recipe for cleaning vessels — a decoction of flax seeds. Pour one-third Cup of flax seeds liter of purified filter water, bring to a boil, and then for 2 hours soak in a water bath. Leave the broth to infuse overnight in the morning drain the liquid and discard the remaining sediment.
