Effective diet for weight loss in one month

Diet designed for one month

Diet with fish and cheese (calculated for 1 month)

This diet you must adhere to for the whole month. During this time, your weight reduced by 5 kg.

Set of products for 1 day: fish boiled 300 grams, 2 slices of bread, one pack of cheese 250 g (you can substitute cheese 100g), 1 piece of sugar or 30 grams of xylitol. Kefir 0.5 liters. Any 600 g fruits (except grapes and bananas). Greens 600 g, butter-5 – 10 g. vitamin a and D in 2 or 3 drops a day. You can add 1 whole egg 2 times a week.

Diet Bunting (calculated for 1 month)

Diet bears the name of Dr. Banting physiologist specialty. It contains proteins, fats, and even carbs, but in moderation. It can be used for a relatively long time.

Breakfast: unsweetened milk or coffee.
Lunch: 250 grams of meat boiled or fried without fat on the lattice (in the grill), lemon, 40 g rye bread, an Apple, a Cup of unsweetened coffee or tea.
Dinner: 200 grams of chicken, fried without fat (on the grid), 40 g rye bread, an Apple.

“Kinovea” (designed for 1 month)

This diet can be used for a relatively long time,
because it contains everything you need.
Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee or tea, 2 slices of bread, 2 boiled eggs, 3 tomatoes.
Lunch: 250 g of meat, fried without fat (in the grill), salad, Apple.
Afternoon snack: coffee, 2 biscuits.
Dinner: like Breakfast.

Diet of the Institute cosmetics (calculated for 1 month)

Morning: black coffee, 50 g bread, 50 g cheese
Second Breakfast: 1 Apple
Lunch: 100 grams of meat boiled or fried without fat (on the grid)
Snack: 1 Apple
Dinner: 100 grams of meat, 2 potatoes, a Cup of coffee
Losing weight slowly but permanently

“Brazilian” diet (designed for 14 days)

First day: three times daily 1 hard-boiled egg, Cup of coffee, 1 Apple
Second day: three times daily 1 hard-boiled egg, Cup of coffee, 1 Apple
Third day: morning – 2 eggs, lunch – beef, spinach, evening – 1 egg, spinach
Fourth day: morning – 1 egg, lunch – boiled fish, tomato, evening – 2 eggs, Cup of coffee
Fifth day: morning – 1 egg, Cup of coffee lunch – 2 eggs, tomato, evening – fish, fried without fat (on the grid).
