Durov turned to Microsoft and Apple with an unusual request

A Russian programmer was advised to create the largest computer developers own country.

The Creator of the popular social network “Vkontakte” and the messenger Telegram Pavel Durov appealed to the leading companies like Apple and Google with a proposal to create a state of their own. The aim of this project is to maximize the protection of government intervention.

According to Pavel Durov, during his official visit to USA to attend a conference on social networking and other similar services, the FBI has repeatedly offered him to sell the personal data of users of the messenger, promising to pay large sums of money, and secure him immunity in the case of providing free access to the architecture of the service.

Durov believes that the American founder of all kinds of services have a chance to get rid of illegal encroachments of the authorities on their development only in the case that together, form their state with special protected rights of citizens.
