Hybrid crossover has received a night vision system and function of self-Parking.
DS has unveiled its new flagship crossover called DS 7 Crossback. Public premiere of the car will take place at the motor show in Geneva on 7 March this year. The model will be produced in factories in France and China. The main competitor of the car is called the Audi Q5.
The design of the product resembles the concept of Wild Rubis, which was presented in 2013. The car will be built on the Emp2 platform. The length of the crossover is 4.57 m, width of 1.89 meters. The Luggage compartment volume is equal to 628 litres. Inside the model there are two display diagonal of 7 and 12 inches. One of the screens provides control of multimedia equipment and the other plays the role of the digital dashboard. In the center of the panel are watch B. R. M R180, which turns and opens after the engine is started.
DS 7 Crossback hybrid powerplant. It is composed of a gasoline engine with recoil 200 HP, two electric motors and an 8-speed automatic transmission. The total capacity of the machine is 300 horsepower. The car has 3 working modes: 100% electric drive trains, hybrid and combined. This technology allows you to charge the battery when decelerating in gear (engine braking) or during normal braking.
One electric car can travel 60 kilometers. In standard mode, to charge requires 4 hours and 30 minutes. In the fast mode charging is carried out for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Cars available with three petrol engines: the THP 230 S&S (EAT8); HDI 180 S&S (EAT8) and PureTech 130 S&S (МКП6). In addition the engine range includes two diesel engine BlueHDi family: (130 BlueHDi S&S (МКП6/EAT8), BlueHDi 180 S&S (EAT8).

Infrared camera system mounted in the grille detects pedestrians and animals on the road at a distance of 100 m. the digital instrument panel the driver can see everything around the car. With the help of infrared camera mounted above the steering wheel, the system ensures: for the eyes, face and head movements to detect distractions. In the case of a fatigue detection system will sound an alarm.
