Spanish cooks have created ice cream made of beer, called Enigma Origen.
This writes Lenta.ru. It is reported that the dessert was presented at a gastronomic exhibition El Salon de Gourmets 24-27 April in Madrid.
On an unusual delicacy worked as a team consisting of representatives of small Breweries, and Cervezas Enigma ice cream producer Helados Acaram. The dessert contains no added flavors or preservatives.
Ice cream has a bright amber color. Taste has lots of shades: coffee, chocolate, caramel and, of course, beer. It is reported that it will be available soon in a number of Spanish restaurants.
