Dramatically increased the number of Ukrainians who left to work abroad

Migration moods among Ukrainians continue to grow.

“Those wishing to leave on earnings abroad is becoming more,” said NV Business Tatyana Pashkina, HR-expert company Rabota.ua.

According to her, the number of vacancies in Ukraine for work abroad is growing for four consecutive years. If at the end of 2012 there were about 16 thousand, in 2016 this figure has increased three times.

According Rabota.ua if in the first quarter of last year, the difference was 9%, by the third quarter the gap reached 14%. “While this trend does not shut off, people will look for work abroad,” – said Pashkina.

Among the main preferences on earnings of Ukrainian – Poland and the Czech Republic. Priority Germany, Lithuania, Spain, USA, Canada and Australia.

Among other benefits, abroad actively use the benefits package to attract Ukrainians. For example, in Poland “the map to pobutu” which gives social benefits for foreign employees, they want to extend to members of their families. And in Germany willing to accept foreign students and even pay them a stipend.

But the most important factor, of course, the salary. If in Kiev and Odessa it starts from 8.2 thousand UAH, that in other cities goes on a downward – 6.5 thousand UAH and below.

While the minimum wage in Poland is equivalent to 12 thousand UAH, and in Spain may be three times more.

But count on a comfortable office and an acceptable schedule of work was not worth it. Payments abroad generally piecework or hourly. On average, migrant workers work six days a week 10-12 hours a day.
