It turns out that snoring can be a symptom of serious memory problems.
According to a new study conducted at Harvard University, a breathing disorder, sleep-disturbing, may lead to deterioration of memory, attention and the development of dementia. Highest at risk are people, who also have a genetic predisposition to Alzheimer’s disease.
After analyzing the data of many people, researchers found that snoring and irregular breathing during sleep were closely associated with problems with memory and thinking.
As you know, these problems increase the risk of dementia. From violations of breathing during sleep more often suffered by older men with low levels of activity.
