Strengthening the muscular frame of the back is also one of the most effective ways of getting rid of most of the causes contributing to back pain. The most popular method of dealing with back pain today is yoga.

Maintaining a good posture will also help to maintain the health of the back. To do this, try to always sit up straight, take regular breaks during a long stay in a sitting position and sleep on a good mattress.

Food, at first glance, it may seem a strange factor in maintaining back health. However doctors recommend to follow a proper diet to control the weight and prevent back problems. In addition, a variety of vitamins and nutrients in the diet, including calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamins D3, K, C and B12, can reduce back problems by nourishing the bones, muscles, intervertebral discs and other structures of the spine.
