Research staff Brightscope women’s hospital revealed those who sleep for exactly 7 hours and 6 minutes, are the most satisfied with their lives.
To such conclusion researchers have come, having studied the way of life 2 thousand volunteers.
It was found that people who consider themselves happy only in part sleep less than 7 hours.
The scientists also found that people with the most deep sleep, or meditate, or take a shower before heading to bed. But those who evening time devote to work and video games, suffer from a chronic lack of sleep.
And the doctors came to the conclusion that people who daily go to bed at the same time, are more successful than their peers with haphazard sleep mode.
Quite expectedly revealed a dependence on age: the older the person, the more he appreciates a strong regular sleep. But the 25-year-old can afford to sleep as much as necessary – the level of happiness is not affected.
In this study, researchers from Boston University conducted earlier showed that the excess of sleep is harmful to health no less than his fault! In particular, sleeping more than 9 hours a day has a negative impact on human health and may cause dementia. That is, the maximum sleep duration for those who are watching their health, should not be more than 9 hours.
