Doctors told about the dangers of regular consumption of coffee

Coffee affects the pineal gland.

The constant use of the drink can trigger insomnia and to have a negative impact on the brain.

Research staff at Seoul University examined 162 pensioner, who did not have chronic diseases. Scientists have determined how much coffee they drank, these people, and then correlated the findings with the MRI brain scans of the participants.

The results showed that the active coffee lovers there was a decrease in the volume of the pineal gland: the part of the brain responsible for the production of the sleep hormone melatonin. The gradual shrinkage of the gland due to drink coffee can lead to a permanent loss of sleep.

At the same time, we know that this drink can improve the ability to function of the liver and other internal organs.
