We all want to be healthy, energetic and to live as long as possible. Nutrition greatly affects health and performance. But the reality is more prosaic – time on a healthy diet, exercise and even sleep is often just not enough.
If in everyday life you get up early, cook for the whole family, all day work and no time for yourself, then known nutritionist Oksana Skitalinskaia advises to start with the weekend.
Saturday and Sunday maximum eat well, that is all quite harmful (sweets, sweet drinks, alcohol, fried, smoked, flour) do not use. Plan the day so that at least 2 hours was spent in movement (walk, walk, exercising, exercise, etc.), preferably in the fresh air.
On the weekends add to the diet the following products:
– green
– mixed vegetables (fresh and cooked/liver);
