Experts have revealed an unexpected property of beer.
Scientists from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg decided to conduct an experiment to discover compounds in foods that can activate dopamine receptors. There were approximately 17 pieces, but most of all attracted the attention of physicians hordenine, one of the components of beer.
As a result, the researchers found that hordenine stronger and longer effect on the pleasure center in the human head. Because of this, some people drink beer so much, until that moment, until you lose consciousness, because they are not able to stop.
The brain is crazy like the effects of hordenine, it requires it more and more. All the same, this component can trigger hedonic hunger, desire to eat and drink just for fun.
