Scientists suggest adding to the diet of more plant foods.
American and European scientists have shown that looking younger man helps a diet focused on the consumption of largely plant-based diet.
Experts have compiled a list of foods that can significantly increase the chances of a person to be a survivor. Among them: dark chocolate, apples, blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, cherries, tomatoes, oranges, bread with bran.
Commenting on the selection of products for rejuvenation, the specialists explained that the main criterion for selection were the performance levels of powerful antioxidants and polyphenols that have the ability to restore the affected cells.
At the same time, scientists stress that the use of products that are able to keep the youth must be a part of a balanced diet. Stick to only vegetable diet experts do not suggest.
“Meat, fish, milk and cereals give the body nutrients. In turn, fruits and vegetables have biochemical components, which prolong life”, – explained specialists of the importance of a varied diet.
