Doctors called the greatest harm from fried potatoes

Eating fries increases the risk of premature death in half.

Unpleasant to such conclusion the American experts in the field of healthy nutrition.

Scientists from the U.S. found that people who eat chips or any other products from fried potatoes two or more times each week, twice as likely to die prematurely compared to those who do not eat these products. These conclusions were based on observations of 4 440 people aged 45 to 79 years, which lasted for 8 years.

During this period of life left 236 people. Experts say that if fried potatoes to eat only two times a month, it will not increase the risk of early death.
