Experts from the University of Arizona said that the emergence of cancer diseases contributes to a poor diet.
In particular, changing the diet can prevent about 30% of cancer cases.
To such conclusions scientists have come in the course of the study, which was attended by 90 thousand women. So, those volunteers who consumed foods with a low energy density (DED), turned out to be more healthy. What can be said about those women who ate only high-calorie foods.
According to experts, foods high DED contributes to obesity, which in turn leads to cancer. To avoid disastrous consequences, scientists recommend to eat more often vegetables, fruits and lean meat.
