Doctors are sounding the alarm: TRANS fats were more dangerous than previously thought

TRANS fats lurk in almost every step.

TRANS fats are substances formed as a result of hydrogenation of vegetable oil into a solid fat (margarine). TRANS fats reduce the life expectancy of people about what the vast majority don’t even know. The fact is that the substance dramatically increases the level of bad cholesterol in the blood and to reduce it later is not so easy if you consider the fact that the person continues to eat foods enriched in TRANS fats.

In these products the greatest amount of TRANS fats:

– frozen semi-finished products;

– French fries and potato chips;

– cakes and pies;

– margarine and spreads;

is popcorn.

Not all food producers are hesitant to specify the actual amount of TRANS fats. Moreover, such words as “TRANS fats”, you are unlikely to find on the packaging of any product. But you may find this phrase – “hydrogenated oils”, it is synonymous with TRANS fat.

The negative impact of TRANS fats on the human body:

– increase cholesterol levels;

– the development of cardiovascular diseases;

– diabetes of the second type;

– disruption in the liver and gallbladder;

– premature death.

As it turned out, TRANS fats are actually more dangerous than previously thought. The danger is that hydrogenated oil is added to almost all food production, the Vedas, they tend to prolong the actual shelf life. And people are not used to read labels or to choose natural foods that need to cook for themselves, because they are more expensive, and the time it takes to waste. The result is that the vast majority of the population in many countries of the world fills itself TRANS fats, without realizing it.

By the way, in all developed countries, the government and the people themselves trying to do everything possible to live a long and healthy life. They lead a healthy lifestyle and eat those foods that have no preservatives, TRANS fats, additives, flavour enhancers and other nasty things.
