Doctors advise middle-aged people eat more protein

This diet will help keep muscle healthy.

The researchers found that consumption of protein is very necessary for people in middle age. Protein helps muscle growth.

On the basis of McGill University in Montreal, researchers conducted the experiment. It was attended by 300 people aged from 25 to 40 years. The study revealed that men and women who have put in the diet of protein foods, increased muscle mass faster than the others.

With the proper mode protein, in addition to build muscle, will help to get rid of extra pounds. If every day to eat an egg and a spoonful of peanut butter, the body will go faster.

In the course of research conducted by experts, it was found that the daily intake of protein allows to build muscle even without heavy physical loads.
