Germany was the first to develop nuclear weapons in 1939, but the Germans never developed an atomic bomb.
As reports the edition, 64-year-old Bernd Thalmann (Thälmann Bernd) found the subject using a metal detector, which gave an unusual alarm sound. The man brought the object home and then alerted authorities about the discovery. The police found that the metal emitted radiation, and evacuated the 15 residents of several neighboring houses. The subject was placed in a lead container and taken away by specialists in radiation safety.
In relation Thalmann initiated a criminal case for illegal possession of radioactive materials. The man refuses to say where he found the object. As reported by the authorities, he was going to find the marks left from the center of the Nazis for the production of weapons-grade plutonium, which was located in the center of Oranienburg. In this organization worked on the implementation of the plans of Hitler to build an atomic bomb.
