It is a pity that this idea was never implemented. On the other hand, all saw the show “fear Factor” and reality show “a Nightmare on elm street: Real nightmares” (A Nightmare on Elm Street: Real Nightmares) in many respects would be similar to this show.
On the wave of hype regarding the release of the film “Freddy vs Jason” CBS has developed a program, which participants had to compete against each other to overcome the horror of their worst nightmares. Leading into this show were hired by none other than himself Freddy Krueger, that is, actor Robert Englund.
Each episode involved three people. In 2004 was shot six episodes, but then… then the CBS suddenly realized that their project as two drops of water similar to “fear Factor”. And all the work on show was completed.
The footage was destroyed or lost, and over the years has never appeared. But the Networks have found a few photos from the set. Photo source – Annette Sharpe (Annette Sharp), one of the participants of the show, who spoke about their experiences in this project. As explained to Annette, she was at the time called and invited to work on the set. She was terribly afraid of heights, and that fear she had to face during filming. Remarkably, although Annette did not manage to get on in this program, participation in “Real nightmares” in the end, helped her to overcome their own fear of heights.
