Nutritionists recommend to use the available products to cleanse the body.
For purification of the gastrointestinal tract and the whole body will not need to drink any medication or doing all hated enemas. It is enough to use the already known recipes from dietitians that allow no harm to clean the blood vessels and the gut and lose some weight.
The predominant quality of these detox recipes is that they can be used to resort, not sitting on a diet. That is, a person can eat, as before, but a few times a day to drink 100-150 ml of useful cleansing drinks:
1. Ginger+rose+cinnamon. Finely chop a piece of peeled ginger root and boil it in a liter of water. Then strain, add a pinch of cinnamon and a couple tablespoons of sweet dog rose decoction. Allow to cool and can be used.

3. Lemon juice+honey From several lemons to prepare fresh juice and add a teaspoon of honey to drink was not so sour.

These detox recipes the body can be used as a product for fasting days. If a week to arrange 1 day of “unloading” on a particular recipe, the body will always remain “clean” and you won’t need to clean it periodically by means of strict diets.
