Derevyanko dismissed from the post of Chairman of the state service of veterans and members of ATU

The Cabinet hopes on transparent contest for the election of a new head of Department

The Cabinet took the decision to dismiss Arthur Derevyanko from the post of Chairman of the state service of veterans and ATO participants.

This was announced by Vice Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko.

“I insist on the necessity of holding the most open and transparent tender for election of a new Chairman of the State service for war veterans and ATO participants.

This is a very responsible and important position. The Chairman of the civil service must become not just the official who is elected formally, according to the traditional procedures and competitions.

It is very important that to participate in the new competition, discussion of this issue, were brought representatives of public organizations, participants of the ATO, and other organizations working in this direction. It is very important that this process was as open and transparent, because at this position should come really authoritative people,” – said the official.
